Support
Most questions are answered below. If yours is not, write to support.kunin@gmail.com and say which device and iOS version you are on — it usually saves a round trip.
- I bought an unlock and it is still locked.
- Open the shop and tap Restore Purchases. If it is still locked, check that the device is signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Purchases are Family Shareable, and Apple does not always propagate them instantly.
- What is the World Pass?
- One purchase that unlocks every region in the game, now and later. Regions are also sold one at a time. Like everything here it is bought once, does not renew, and is shared with your family group.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Harbor Rush has no account and no sign-up. Game Center is optional and is only used for leaderboards and achievements.
- Leaderboards or achievements are not working.
- Turn Game Center on in iOS Settings ▸ Game Center and sign in. The game plays exactly the same without it — you just do not get the boards.
- A two-player match will not connect.
- For a nearby match, keep both devices close with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on. For an online match both players need an internet connection and to be signed in to Game Center. A duel by link or code needs neither — it is just a code you send.
- Can my child spend money by accident?
- Purchases go through Apple and require whatever authentication your device is set to ask for. To remove the possibility entirely, use Screen Time ▸ Content & Privacy Restrictions ▸ iTunes & App Store Purchases and set In-app Purchases to Don't Allow. Everything already bought keeps working, and so do the free harbors.
- Which languages does it speak?
- English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Greek, Ukrainian and Russian. It follows your device's language.
- Does it need the internet?
- Not to play. A connection is needed to buy or restore a purchase, for Game Center, and for an online match — a duel sent as a link or a code works without one.
Reporting a problem
Tell me your device and iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened, and I can work out which build you are on. If it is about one particular harbor, its name helps a great deal.
This is a small game maintained by one person. Replies are not instant, but every message is read.
